Easy Chia Pudding (v)
Easy Chia Pudding (v)
Chia pudding is a nutritious and versatile dish. Add your favorite toppings and you have a yummy breakfast, dessert or snack. I make six at a time and they’re great, healthy alternatives to a morning yogurt cup.
RECIPE INSPIRATION
Variety is the spice of life. I love a fancy organic grocery store but paying $10.00 for something I can make in 5 minutes for about 50¢ seems crazy to me. I love making these and adding things like pea protein or flax. Experimenting makes this recipe even better than store bought. The sky’s the limit.

Add all ingredients to a 8oz cup, shaking well be sure everything is well mixed together.
Place cups in the fridge for 10 mins and shake one more time (you may need to open your cups and scrape the sides making sure no chia seeds are stuck on the sides).
Place cups back in the fridge for at least two hours, or until firm.
Once the chia pudding reaches a thick consistency, serve straight from the cup.
Top with fresh fruits and nuts of your choice.
